Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent leadership skills. Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the establishment's operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system and other relevant software applications
- Familiarity with food service management principles and practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of different cuisines is a plus
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
